No, we are solely an online store.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders are generally processed within 1 business day and once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on Sunday's or holiday.

Please allow 1-2 days for processing and 3-5 additional business days for your order to be shipped and delivered.

I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

We DO NOT offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for an item.

Shipped within 3-5 business days excluding holidays and weekends.

If you input your information incorrectly at check out email us IMMEDIATELY (with in 24 hours) after check out. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS LOST IN THE MAIL. ONCE YOUR STATUS IS DELIVERED WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE.




RETURN POLICY

We currently DO NOT offer refunds on any items.

We do how ever accept exchanges or store credit IF APPLICABLE/ACCEPTABLE.

Feel free to contact us conquerco.2018@gmail.com about EXCHANGING your items due to a product malfunction. Once the your request has been answered you will receive a return address to ship your item. Customer is responsible for one return shipment postage.

We will pay for return shipping costs only if the item is result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item, etc)

Please allow 7-10 days after items has been delivered to process your exchange if applicable. In order to honor any exchanges, all returned items MUST be in new conditions with all tags attached. If the item is NOT returned in new condition, your credit will NOT be issued. 

CONDITIONS: 

• ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNWORN , UNWASHED, NO DAMAGE, UNUSED AND WITH TAGS ATTACHED

• NO VISIBLE MAKEUP OR DEODORANT ON ITEMS
